Retro Scroller
Classic demoscene scrolltext in chunky Amiga resolution. Ten scroll styles on buttons, from golden raster text to sine waves and copper bars.
A love letter to the golden age of crack intros and demo scrolls. Text drawn in a hand made 5 by 7 pixel font rolls across a deliberately low resolution screen, upscaled into fat crunchy pixels just like a monitor from 1986. The buttons along the bottom switch between five classic scroll styles. A straight golden raster scroll with scanlines. A big sine wave that bends softly through every letter in rainbow colors over a starfield. A wobbling rubber scroll. Bouncing letters that squash when they land. And white outlined text riding over sweeping copper bars. Hold the pointer down anywhere to fast forward the scroll. The text loops forever, exactly as it should.
